NOT RECEIVING BOOKINGS

I don’t receive some of the bookings and I think there is a problem… customers massaging me I have booking and bla bla bla bla but I don’t have it in my system… they also send me a picture of booking have been submitted but I don’t know what the problem is
+ I had three more fields on check out form and after ba-booking got updated I lost the text inside of it… can you tell me how I can bring them back? I forgot the coding place…

#2. If the customizations you write directly in the main theme, the code will be lost when updating the theme, you must add it to the child-theme to make sure you don’t lose the code when updating.

Please check your hosting to see if you have a backup of your website, please reinstall the previous backup.
