Paypal is not working in check-out page, it keeps loading till I refresh page.

Hello,

today I applied many updates for a couple of plugins, since that I’m facing issues in the check-out page. Could you help me in determining which or what makes conflict in the check-out page? How can avoid this issue in the future?

Also since I started using the WPML, the website become heavy and slow, please advice regarding what I can do to make it faster.
