‘Personalize your Design’ is function. I was unable to use it.

We recently purchased a theme from themeforest (Printec standard Licence), and I just wanted to let you know.

‘Personalize your Design’ is a function that is listed in this theme below, but when I received it, I was unable to use it.

We want to let you know that this particular feature is why we chose to purchase this theme. Please take a look at this matter. If possible, turn on this functionality or if you are not able to enable this feature then refund our money back.
