    Unfortunately, that is not true, the website cannot be operated. I’ll walk you through the most basic installation, but it’s a good idea to learn before you do so you don’t run into something as basic as this:

    Step 1: Go to https://wordpress.org/download/ download WordPress core.

    Step 2: Upload to your hosting the downloaded file and extract it

    Step 3: Create a database in PHPMyAdmin

    Step 4: Go to your domain, and install WordPress

    Step 5: Install the theme
    Extract the theme package downloaded from themeforest, get the theme.zip file to install the theme

    Step 6: Setup demo

    If you need to help, please send Cpanel account for me, I will check and help you.
