    Hey,

    1) need to get the pricing functionality back working, has stopped after update/ fixes.
    2) can you tellwhat the process would be for the client (hes just one driver at the moment, so if hes already booked for one of the tours, the rest should be made unavailable. Need to understand the process here because I have to teach him how it all works)

    Thanks

    Hi,

#1. The booking objects are still showing the normal price, are you confused?: https://prnt.sc/xHkvu19W-gW9

#2. In the Booking rules section, the plugin provides a function that allows to keep the booking for a certain period of time for the customer to confirm the order: https://prnt.sc/Z4DeOi2Mv7ew. After this period, if the customer does not confirm the order, other customers will be booked normally.

    Hi,

not sure if you tried to update the price, but i’ve set the minimum price to £45 and it still shows as price from £44 on this booking object: https://craicintours.co/booking/1-day-tourmalt-whisky-and-castles-tour/

#2 doesn’t answer my question. I mean there’s only 1 driver so 1 booking on whatever day will make this day unavailable to book for any other person, can this be done and how?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    #1. You’re still setting a Price from price of £44: https://prnt.sc/zdqE144TtokN

#2. No, currently the plugin does not have a driver-dependent placeholder function.

Hey, while I figured what I was doing wrong in Price from, however Prices from are still not showing up on the calander for example:

    Tour: https://craicintours.co/booking/1-day-tour-loch-kirk-castles
Prices set for June 2022 -sep 2023: Adults £65, Concessions £62
    Prices from: £65
But on the calender all dates show up as £55 for some reason? and it’s like this across all tours

#2 is it possible to only have 1 booking available per day/slot? That would achieve my target

    Hi,

#1. As I told you earlier. With the price options you have added, the plugin will prioritize showing the prices for the upper positions first if it satisfies the time condition: https://prnt.sc/2CYjSomX-GiD
The Booking object you sent has 2 options that you are trying to display:
    1. From 1 November 2022 – 31 March 2024 prices from £55 priority 2 position
    2. From June 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023 from £65, priority number 5.
The option you are referring to is in the last priority position, so it will only be displayed when the other 4 options do not satisfy the time condition.

#2. Yes, you can set Min tickets = Max tickets = 1: https://prnt.sc/q-RbuAHYR1IN
