problem in elementor pro activation

In the Elementor panel, I receive a message about activating the advanced version. The advanced elements of Elementor are still locked. This is while it is written in the active mode license entry section.
I tried to solve the problem by disconnecting and reconnecting. But it doesn’t even disconnect.
