    Dear Team,

    We bought it new theme here, unfortunately the ELEMENTOR PRO is not working, can you please check and active our theme.

    Note: Please activate it, we cant able to do the customization.

    Hi again,

    #1. Your child-theme customization is having a js problem, it’s making editing with Elementor in admin not working: https://prnt.sc/1d1ps5f

    #2. I updated the theme to version 1.9.3 for you and it was working properly before I sent you a notification.

    I don’t know what you did to further edit that resulted in the loss of the same elementors, but it’s a pity nonetheless.

    If you have a backup on your hosting, please backup this version.

    All customizations please do in the child-theme and make sure the customizations do not affect the main theme. The theme when updating to the new version will not be affected by your customizations

    As mentioned above, custom js in your child-theme is problematic, it is causing error both in the backend ( Edit page with Elementor ) and outside the frontend: https://prnt.sc/1d1ps5f

    I tried to re-add the data in the home page for you, but if you continue to use the child-theme without fixing the js customizations, your site won’t work.
