Question about Image Resizing, Mailer, and Breadcrumb Size

Hi,

Sorry, I have several things to ask:

1. Image resizing (spesific page).

Actually, it just an editing version of the original page “About Us”.

At first, it works good. The image can be resized, but after several days, the image does not resize well. I have done many things on the website, but I dont remember I changed anything with the page setting, except just changing the image and text.

Please check the 3 images at the top page. They should be resized, but they are not.

I have also cleared web browser cache and cookies, changing the image, but still no result.

Hope it has no conflict with the JetPack image acceleration.

2. PHP Mailer

Till today, my wordpress site can not send mail from “Forms” submit.

Is this an issue with my hosting (mailer function blocking) or is there anything I should set?

Right now, I use a free SMTP plugin for temporary solution, but still it only works for spesific plugin (eg: form builder, paid WP SMTP, Newsletter plugin, etc).

What I expect is, the mailer function should work well with the Form submit on a whole site.

3. Breadcrumb size

Is it possible to change the breadcrumb size, since it looks too high (in pixel).

I tried to change the “min-height” with browser Inspect. It changed, but it looks like it’s limited to a certain size. Can not go far.

Not sure if the breadcrumb size is “hard-coded” with the template code, or set deeply in the CSS.

Hi,

Don’t bother with problem #1, I have found the solution.

The image size should not be set in Custom, but “Full”, and then add Custom CSS like this, for example:

.elementor-184 .elementor-element.elementor-element-39603a3 img{
width: 280px;
height: 440px;
}

It works!

Still waiting for the solution number #2 and #3.

#2 Just test it, it’s okay now. Contact form can send mail and works good.

#3 Well, not bad. Breadcrumb size has been resized. Looks okay.
