Removing Team Box / Our Team Color Overlay

Hello,

I can’t seem to figure out where to remove the background overlay for the column/team box. I’ve gone under Style and Advanced and have found Background Overlay, but when I change it, nothing happens. Can you show me how I can remove the black and white overlay on photos? My client just wants the image in full color without the transition.

Will do! Is there a way you can make the black gradient fade higher so some of the text is more legible? Right now it looks like to be ¼ of the image. ⅓ might help the text more legible.

Please take a screenshot and point out where the text you’re talking about, I don’t know where you’re talking about the text.
