Search Filter not working

Hi there I have tried putting the correct search inputs and it pops up a new blank page showing nothing but a heading ‘Search Results’. Everything is up to date and it keeps bothering me. Please fix this error and reply asap.

Can you please tell me the issue? Where was the error? How did you fix it? and secondly, after the search results, when I click on any of the searched items, It says, “Page not found”. Please resolve this as well and let me know how will you do it.
