Slow loading cart, products and shipping plugin

Hi i´m having trouble with the site, everything was working fine but since yesterday everything is very slow and my shipping plugin is not responding

and also in my desktop it´s showing this advice:

it seems to be an issue with: admin-ajax.php and wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments.

I solved the issue of slow loading, i just have the outdated template advice from wordpress
