    Hi,

    I site seems loading very slow, (I have other wp sites in the same server loads pretty fast) I was working on this theme locally as well was feeling very difficult to work with. now that i have hosted and sometimes the complete site doesnt load as well. even the client pc the site dont show up. can you please have an inspection and try to resolve this please. Even when i edit the site with elementor the images dont even show up.

    Hi,

    further to your suggestion I checked with the hosting (but other wp websites work fine in my hosting server). they went through a thorough check and sent this report and finalized saying that the site slowness is due to the woocommerce plugin. even the site was very slow when i was working in locally. can you please check on the below links for the report

    All the plugins are updated as well, is there any solution to fix this please, if not can do something like this, would you be able to give a copy of the site with the sql file

    this loads really fast, so i can reupload to my server and start from the beginning. please this is top urgent and looking forward for your kind and quick response dear admin.

    I tried to use the plugin to optimize your database, disable some plugins and use the default theme to test but the problem is still not resolved. Response is very long and keeps getting error 500 from server.
    There may be a conflict between hosting and woocommerce plugin.
    You can ask the hosting department to advise you to use another better hosting package or change to another hosting to check again

    In the same hosting i already have other wp websites which are decently speed, with this theme i was using locally it was slow in the local as well, can you please provide the demo files and db which is in the demo site so i can install those files and check please.

    Currently, I see that the website loads quite quickly and stably after optimizing the database and updating the plugins on your website.
    The error may be caused by a conflict between some of your old data with new data from the theme.

    Please recheck your site and let me know if you need to help.

    Hi Billy,

    The frontend speed is really fine now when compared to the initial stage. but i feel the dashboard is bit slow can that be optimized as well and also in the checkout page only billling address is shown, ship to different address checkbox is missing can we get that as well please ?

    As I discussed above, it is possible that due to the conflict between hosting and Woocommerce plugin, the response is quite slow in both backend and frontend.
    You can change to another hosting to check this problem again.

    Thank you for your response billy as please note the followings

    1. As per your instruction we are shifting our website to a new server a dedicated one to see the difference so please give sometime for us to migrate it and get back to you.

    2. under checkout page ship to differrent address checkbox is unavailable how to get it back ?

    Hi,

    I have move the website for a dedicated hosting and the site is much faster now, Thanks.

    I have 2 things to be done

    1. Under checkout page ship to different address checkbox is unavailable how to get it back
    2. I want to remove the flyout full page search and add a search box as in homee page 13 in demo, but the header editor in elementor does not show that section.

    2. Currently this search is being fixed with this header.
    Either you have to use a different header, or you will have to customize the code for this header by replacing this search form.
