Tablet – Tours bug – Ipad Air 1

In the last ticket we talked about a bug on a tablet version.
If you see the tours page on a tablet (Ipad Air 1 – safari) it’s not possible to see the detail page tours and because of this situation you can’t book a tour.
You suggested to make a video, please see the link above.

Please check this situation, because my client can’t have a website where several links don’t work as suppose.
I really need your help to resolve this situation.

#1. Please disable plugins that we did not ask to go check again.

#2. Try activating another theme and check this problem again

#3. Turn off permalink and leave it as default then check

Then let me know the result of your problem.

I think the problem is not our theme but plugin or browser or your device

If it’s not possible to solve the problem that exists in the tablet version, I can use an older backup that doesn’t have this issue and then help me with the issues I don’t know how to solve.

Hi,

The customization is added to the child theme, so when using the old backup, you just need to activate the child theme to be able to reuse all the previous customizations.
