The registration of new users does not work

I am working with my page and I had not touched the registration, until now that I tried to see how the registration option was and it does not work for me.
In the register text, it takes me to the My Account page and only the login form appears.

I have activated the option to allow user registration in settings and it does not work, there is no form.

I’m looking at the topic on your Technocy site and you don’t have that form when you click Register.

You previously set the Footer bar template as a draft, so it can’t be displayed on your page.
