Theme setup not load full demo

Hi, I have a problem with setup template demo 01 and other demos of Printec. I follow the wizard, but not working, only show a blog without styles and functionalities. I don’t understant why setup is not like that full demo Printec, could you helpme, please?

Yes, before that I took a lot of time to install the demo for you but there seems to be a problem with your hosting, the images are not imported to the website, the import process takes a long time and is not completed.
Please double check your hosting.

Could you share me this config? I installed other wordpress and template in this hosting and I don’t have a problem :/

Your server takes a long time to respond and doesn’t allow uploading of images during data import, which leads to demo import failure.
You need to contact hosting support for assistance with this issue
