Tried to import demo content but didn’t work

Suddenly don’t know how, my running website got crashed yesterday, i even haven’t used both hosting server admin dashboard and website’s own admin dashboard from few days ago. But as i said website crashed unfortunately.

Today i checked the hosting server and also talked with customer support of hosting provider, it seems nothing is wrong with them. I wonder what went wrong and website got crashed.

Anyway today i tried to install a website again to the server, but tried few times already, i couldn’t import full demo content to the website.
