TWO HEADER in Different Pages with Icon Drop Down Menu

Dear Sir/ma’am,
I tried to create recreate the header you have in the theme as the client’s requirement is to have two header for the website one is like a e commerce and another one is a typical one. Please help me out to create drop down for ‘Login’ and ‘cart’ icons. I hear by attaching the screenshot links for further clarifications.
