    Hello,

    The demo import is not working, I have tried importing several times with a clean installation, but it is not working and cannot see demo files or pages.

    I am facing these issues with the theme, and it is urgent. Can you please help?

    Hi,

    Your website uses PHP 8.1 version, which is currently not compatible with themes and some plugins
    So when importing data through the theme setup will cause an error and the import process is pasted.
    I used WP Import tool to do the demo installation for you

    Hi,

    The compatible and stable PHP version is 7.4, you can use this until PHP 8.x is fully compatible with WordPress.
