URGENT – FATAL ERROR THEME

Hello,

I just contacted the support from the WordPress team, because we’re encountering a fatal error on our website and they told us that this error comes from the theme itself.
I saw other people complaining about a similar issue on this platform.

At the moment, the shop pages are not showing correctly, everything is fine with the home page, but as soon as you try to enter any of the categories on the main menu, the view changes completely, almost like the cellphone view – https://paste.pics/9a406b13be74a024703b4303fd4ceff5 and we can see that has a notice saying there’s a critical error.

We need this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Hi,

I can’t check your website, sometimes it requires two-factor authentication via sms, sometimes it requires admin account login when checking the page. Hosting of wordpress.com is really difficult to use and cause inhibition.
I recommend using a separate hosting to make it easier to manage and use

I disable the two-factor authentification but might take a few days. Don’t know.

I’m sorry, but I’m saying the theme has created a critical error on our website, I might have to put the website on hold and your recommendation is to change hosting? Can you please give me a solution to this problem? We need this issue resolved as soon as possible, as I said earlier it’s pretty urgent…

#2. I see you are using our theme with another theme. Using the same theme and required plugins from the theme can cause data conflicts leading to unexpected errors as you see.
Please only use 1theme and the required plugins from the theme, other plugins please turn off to ensure there is no conflict.
