Hi,

Can you please check this issue on my website? I don’t know why this happens. I have old freshio version but i am afraid that update will break my website, it happened already once. I will try to update it on sunday. I renews my sub but it is not working for some reason.

I was thinking maybe updating Freshio will work but it is even worse. I can see some random icons on my page please help :'(

Maybe you can reupdate freshio if it is possible, because wegbsite behave strange, i can’t see main banner for example

and with icons problems i can’t see main banner too. Before update it worked properly

i found 1 more broken thing – when you add something to cart and put mouse over the cart it doesn’t work. Icons, banner and cart stopped working only on newest theme version

Here is 1 more time screen to wrong icons and no banner. This is big issue for my shop 🙁

Hi,

Sorry i cleared all and still i can see wrong icons. Is it possible that based on country it is wrong ? When i reversed version 2 days ago i saw proper icons almost instantly on every browser. I checked on 3 browsers already now and on mobile but i still see wrong icons.

There is a lot of stuff not working too like banner e.g. Maybe you can downgrade version a little ? I tried but i have too old previous Freshio version and i saw too many errors and strange behaviours

As I said earlier, the error could be caused by the WP rocket plugin caching your website.
I have checked on many devices and many browsers, all display normally and no icon errors.
Please clear all browser cache, wp rocket cache on website and check cdn cache if you have installed more and check again.
It’s best to check with a device that hasn’t visited your website before
