website is slow to load

Hello,

I notice that the website is slow to load.

2 reasons I see affected are the Gstatic fonts and the connection it tries to make to localhost.

I have removed almost all of your links that were affected, but the problem persists.

Please help me get rid of this kind of slowdown.

#1. I fixed the error of losing the link at localhost for you

#2. I checked the website with the google check speed tool and found that your server responds very quickly (~4s), you need to upgrade the hosting package to increase processing speed and response from the server: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Ftsiknuthouse.gr%2F&tab=desktop

#3. You will also need to install the cache plugin from the website, optimize the images and compress the css, js, and html files: https://wpengine.com/resources/improve-wordpress-site-speed/

Wow, wonderful. Yes I know about the hosting package, I have informed my client.

As for the cache plugin, it’s something I have in the program, but first I wanted to fix the problem I had. (what you fix red me).

Could you please let me know what corrections you have made to the website?
