Accessing Widgets from Alt Home Pages (accessing all content within Demo)

I’ve installed the template for homepage 5 but I’d like access to widgets and section templates shown in other homepage templates, where can I get access to this?

For example, there are certain widgets I can see on both Home 02 and 03 that I would like to add to my Home 05 – where can I find these?
