No registration option in My account Page

In triply theme register yourself option is there, But In my website the option is missing at My account page. Please Let us know how to add register option in my account page.

I tried to register with triply theme : https://demo2.pavothemes.com/triply/my-account. There is also the same error, It is also not sending any password on email.

So, I think this is a theme error please check this issue as I am receiving emails from contact form 7 to mail email id.

We do not install smtp email so you will not receive a confirmation email.

If you suspect the problem is caused by the theme, please activate the default theme and check it again
