    Hi Pavothemes

    I need help to fix these bugs that I’ll report below:

    a) I‘m not able to update the Elementor Pro plugin.
    Can you see what is happening, please?

    b) The icons from the theme don’t appear in any browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
    The only way to see them is to login in WordPress.

    c) Popup on the homepage doesn’t open in tablet and mobile screen.
    In other words, the button doesn’t work properly.

    d) Tour Calendar and Prices – Detail page
    Having specified on basic settings:
    Available from date = 30/05/2021 (for example)
    and available to date = 31/12/2023 (for example)

    on the tour detail page, it is only shown the first 12 months (June 2021 to May 2022).
    The client requirement is to have 2 years (24 months) shown on the tour detail page calendar.
    This is possible?

    e) Tour Page – excerpt
    The excerpt area doesn’t work properly. I wrote a specific text and it doesn’t appear on the page.

    f) Booking a tour: checkout page
    Mobile version: when I re-type the email, I receive an alert message. It’s possible to fix this situation?

    g) Tour Detailed Page: Faqs orders
    I would like in Faqs section to have a different order. This is possible? I already change the publication data but nothing happened.

    The order I would like is:
    Transfers
    Tour – 1 day or Tour – several days
    Tours – Spoken languages
    Covid-19 Prevention Measures
    Changes and Cancellations
    Cancellation policy

    h) This theme comes with a Login area. Is it possible to have also a register area?
    How am I able to login if I don’t have a registered account?

    i) Booking tour: confirmation by email and account email
    When I receive the email with all the information it’s not possible to see the company logo (header)
    and, on the footer, the website and the email addresses are wrong.
    The right information is:

    The same situation happens with the account details email.
    Here is necessary to change the email address.

    Note: Please do not deactivate any plugins.
    Your team was able to fix the bugs I reported in the last two tickets but, on the other hand, created new problems.
    Please be careful and also after changing something check if every page works as supposed.

    #a. Elementor Pro: to update this plugin, please download the latest version at Elementor Pro, remove current version plugin and re-install.

    I updated the latest version plugin

    #b. Icons not working: error SSL, can’t load icon font, I fixed this issue.

    #c. Popup: I resolved this issue.

    #f. Sorry, I don’t understand this issue, please take a photo screenshot about this issue.

    I have already seen the changes and most of them are ok.
    Following our conversation I want to requested the following changes.

    g) Tour Detailed Page: Faq’s
    How to change the order of the Faq’s?
    If I want to put in first place a specific question, how can I do it?

    The order I would like is:

    l) Tablet – Tour Detailed Page
    When I click on a detailed page specific tour I got in return a blank page with an error message (“Um problema ocorreu repetidamente em https://…”).
    In other words, the links don’t work.

    Note: Please do not deactivate any plugins.
    Your team was able to fix the bugs I reported before but, on the other hand, created new problems.
    Please be careful and also after changing something check if every page works as supposed.

    #g, As noted above, FAQs do not support the ordering of questions as you requested. You can use Custom section like I instructed above
