Hi again, I was a little quick to judge. The quick-view of the cart works great, as well as “go to checkout”, but if you click “vis handlekurv” which means “show shopping cart”, nothing shows up and it says the cart is empty. Why is that?

laererriketSupport ExpiredHi, I tried to clear the caches, but nothing happened, so I contacted WPEngine where I host my website. This is part of our conversation:
AGENT (Michael B): I see the same thing on my end, it does appear it could either be a theme issue or plugin issue as i’ve ensured the network cache and cloudflare cache was cleared
USER: hm, yeah maybe it’s the plugins. Do you know how I can check this or who I can ask?
AGENT (Michael B): For your product images what plugin do you use for those?
USER: I’m not sure, I didn’t install any seperate plugins, I just used the one that came with the theme
AGENT (Michael B): Okay that would sound like its a possible theme developer issue than, I would suggest reaching back out to them and have them deep dive into the possible issues.

Is there any way you could check it out one more time, to try and figure out where the issue lays?

Yes I am aware, that is why I have a problem, because I already changed all the photos to my own product photos, but the image that shows up online is still the demo picture, if you understand what I mean? 🙂

Can I also ask you something else, simply because I don’t know who to contact regarding this issue. When I go to my online shop on mobile or desktop view, as a “customer” would, I can’t see the product images on all my products, even though they are added in the product settings. I also cannot see them when I go to the single product pages. I get the sample image from WP. See photo here:

laererriketSupport ExpiredHi, everything looks good except for the e-mail part, it still looks like this: https://paste.pics/2f00dad155fc81dea249b0ab459bcb08 I want it to be stretched out more, so it fits the box. I also noticed that the same issue happened in my contacts form where the box for name, surname and email are further to the left, and I would like for them to be stretched too, to fit the size of the message-box. While I’m on it, can I also ask you some other questions?
1. When I add a product to the cart and go through the payment process, everything works just fine, but then when I get the order confirmation after paying, some of the layout looks a little weird. The part with the “order number”, “date”, “e-mail” and “total” which is divided into 4 equal parts looks fine, but the e-mail is moved to the left of its “box” for some reason.
Also, under “Downloads”/”Nedlastninger” the same thing happens for the two lines. The top line and the bottom line of what appears to be some sort of an invisible table doesn’t match up. At least not on my laptop-screen. So where it says “product” the name of the product is supposed to be directly underneath it, but it is moved to the right, just like everything else, so it just looks jumbled up.
2. When I am on a product page, I can decide the number of how many I would like of a certain product. However, right next to it there is a line and then it says “-OR-” before the “buy” button. I have tried to remove this, but I can’t. Is there any way to just get rid of the “/-OR-“, so that the customer would simply decide a number and then click “Kjøp” which is like “add to cart”?

Thank you, it looks great on the first few titles on the Home Screen, but the last one “Populære produkter” is still big, like before. Is there any way to change this one too?
I also notice that the button in the Wishlist is still too small for the text, so the text still appears on two lines like this:

øpinstead of: Kjøp
Do you have any suggestions on how I can resolve these issues? 🙂

thank you! Perfect, it looks great 🙂 Is there any way you could also help me make the other smaller titles even smaller so they appear on one line in mobile view as well? Ie. the ones called “populære produkter” and “VÃ¥re hippeste tilbud” on the Home page.
And also, when I was in the Wishlist, I noticed that the “buy” button (“kjøp”), that appears next to a product one it’s added to he wishlist, also looked kind of funny in mobile view because one of the letters are in a seperate line.
